1. The service

MediaToolkit provides free online tools for working with PDF, image, Office, JSON, CSV and Excel files. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to process files you do not have the right to use, not to attempt to disrupt the service (including bypassing rate limits), and not to use the service for unlawful content. Maximum upload size and per-minute usage limits apply and may change without notice.

3. Your files

You retain all rights to your files. By using the server-side tools you grant us a limited licence to transmit and process them solely to deliver the result you requested. Files are deleted automatically after processing (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Accuracy

Conversions are performed by automated systems and third-party providers; results may vary, especially for complex layouts, scanned documents or corrupted files. Always keep a backup of important originals.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaToolkit is not liable for any loss of data, files or profits arising from the use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
